I love a simple (read- easy!) filling breakfast that goes beyond cereal. When I discovered I had severe gluten sensitivity a year and a half ago my husband and I went on a mission to find foods that were not just fillers for the hole left by bread and wheat products *sniffle* but foods I could truly enjoy and be nourished by.

 

 

Enter Wildway Grain Free Granola. With its friends, chia pudding and berries, we call it our “superfoods breakfast.” There are multiple flavor options like Banana Nut, Coconut Cashew, Apple Cinnamon and Vanilla Bean Espresso. Mmmm. Usually we find it at H-E-B, but when it is not on the shelves down the road we can always stock up on Amazon. Phew!
