SUP yoga and fitness, in the pool, hosted by the certified teachers of Cypress Roots SUP School
Come enjoy a 60-minute instructed SUP Yoga Class for all ages and abilities with Cypress Roots Movement School. Our certified instructors provide a top-notch yoga experience on the water, with no prior experience needed.
Cypress Roots Movement School is a holistic fitness alternative that invites the human being to rewild their spirit by moving more in nature and from a felt sense experience. Using pilates principles, intuitive somatic sensory awareness, aspects of yoga and a lifetime of water sports to influence the coaching methods, Cypress Roots SUP school is here to help you expand all the ways you can use a stand up paddle board. Fitness, racing, sup surfing, SUP yoga, SUP pilates, floating meditation and even partner acrobatics to challenge the elite balancing athletes.
You don’t need to be a Circle C resident to join us! We welcome all people who want to participate. Must RSVP.
